What are your Opening Hours?
Our doors are open Wednesdays + Thursdays from 3—9pm, Fridays + Saturdays from 12—10pm and Sunday’s from 12—6pm, so come on in!
Is MELT accessible?
We sure are! No matter what your accessibility needs, we’ve got you covered.
Do you have any Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free options?
We have lots of delicious food + drink options suitable for Vegan + Vegetarian diets. We’re not currently offering Gluten-Free alternatives for pizzas, but we do have Gluten-Free options available. Please drop us an email to find out more!
Are there highchairs available for little ones?
Absolutely! Don’t forget to check out our Kids’ Menu too — it’s pretty rad!
Do you accept cash?
Of course we do ! We know if you came when we first opened we didn’t but we most definitely do now ! Cash or Card we got you !
What happens if I can no longer make my booking?
As long as you let us know 24 hours in advance, you can cancel your booking free of charge. Otherwise, “on-the-day” cancellations may incur a £5 charge per person.
Do you do takeout?
Of course! And we also offer delivery service straight to your door! Look for us on Just Eat or Uber Eats
Do you have outside seating?
Yes, we do! We have a few tables out the front of the restaurant.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
As face masks are no longer a legal requirement, the choice is yours as to whether you choose to wear one or not. When you are seated, look out for a card on your table which you can face one way up to tell us you’re happy for your server to not wear a mask, or the other way to request they do.
When you arrive, we’ll ask you to check in through the NHS Test + Trace app, so be sure to have this installed on your phone.
How about doggos?
Canine pals come in all shapes + sizes (and have varying table manners), so it’s at the discretion of our Crew, but don’t hesitate to ask — we can’t resist those puppy eyes!

Where can I park?
The nearest parking available is directly behind MELT on New Road Car Park. Alternatively, there’s another car park on Windsor Street.
